1. Seller

Products and services on this website are sold by , , VAT , email .

2. Digital products

The Digital Store sells downloadable digital content (business templates, document packs, spreadsheets and other resources). Each product page describes exactly what is included and the file formats. Some products require third-party software or a free or paid account (e.g. Microsoft Word or Excel, Google Docs or Sheets, Canva), which is not included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive your card details. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

After the payment is confirmed you can download your files from the order confirmation page. We also send the download link by email. The link remains valid for 30 days; if you need a new link, contact us.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, when you have given your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout.

This does not affect your legal rights: if a file is defective, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us and we will provide a working version or a refund.

6. Licence

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal and commercial projects (including client projects you create with it). You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the product files or templates, in original or modified form, as stand-alone items.

7. Website packages and custom projects

Website packages (Starter Website, Business Website, Pro Website) are introductory offers. They, and custom projects such as e-commerce or digitalization work, are confirmed by a written quote describing deliverables, timeline, any third-party costs (e.g. domain and hosting) and payment terms. The prices on the website are those valid at the time of the quote. Work starts after the quote is accepted.

8. Concept projects

Portfolio items marked “Concept demo” are fictional works created by NEXORA DIGITAL to demonstrate our style; they do not represent real clients.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the conformity of our products as required by law. We are not liable for the use you make of templates or for content you add to them.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence, and the competent court is the one of your place of residence or domicile. For any complaint, contact us first at — we will reply as soon as possible.
